Three specialist forensic versions of GRiST released today.

We have been working on a more flexible way of delivering particular versions of GRiST to different service contexts. Previously, we had a single forensic version that was not able to accommodate population variants (working age, older adults, children and young people). This has now changed because populations and services are now decoupled. It means we can produce forensic versions for all age ranges. The drop-down box where the particular GRiST version is selected will show the new ones and we can give any one of them as the default for your organisation. This just means the one you normally use is already selected but all others can still be accessed.

It is early days for the variants, especially the children and young people one, and we have a team of mental-health experts working with us to improve it. In general, GRiST is always evolving to fit the latest research and healthcare circumstances so please do feed back any ideas you may have where it can be changed or new elements added.
